"My husband and I traveled to San Sebastian as a part of our 2 week road trip through Spain this past August. When asked what our favorite experience was of the trip, our response is always the San Sebastian Cooking Class! The hosts were wonderful. From our tour of the market and learning about local cuisine, to experiencing the class itself with Chef Christina, to celebrating our work over a meal with fellow travelers from all over the country, this was an experience not to be forgotten. We learned how to clean squid, break Txakoli, and craft pintxos. This isn't a class for beginning cooks which my husband and I appreciated.
