After a day on the sand, head to Mimo San Sebastián’s cooking school and be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, relaxing around the stoves with our expert chefs and your new friends. Three lovely beaches and, sometimes, sunshine to go with them—we admit that some visitors prefer to spend their days on the beach, which is why we created this new product.
Demo & Dinner is an evening cooking class, similar to our classic midday classes but shined up and laid back for the evening. Demo & Dinner : The Basque is an overview of both traditional and nouveau Basque cooking, a cuisine rich in stories and raw material.
Our evening classes have a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for guests more excited about eating and watching than getting their hands dirty. A great night, guaranteed.
