Demo & Dinner is an evening cooking class, similar to our classic midday classes but shined up and laid back for the evening. Our Demo & Dinner : Pintxos class is a selection of both classic and new pintxos, perfect for learning how to make the new favourites you've enjoyed around town.
After a day on the sand, head to Mimo San Sebastián’s cooking school and be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, relaxing around the stoves with our expert chefs and your new friends. Our evening classes have a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for guests more excited about eating and watching than getting their hands dirty. A great night, guaranteed.
